Hidden House, a stone and glass home created from a once-derelict barn on the Herefordshire and Monmouthshire border, has won at the 2023 RIBA Awards.  The 300m² private house was the only dwelling to be honoured in the West Midlands region, where it sat alongside prominent public buildings delivered to much larger budgets
